Scott Terry
CEO
Scott Terry, born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin and was formally voted in as MBACC's first CEO. MBACC is a long time goal and vision of Terry's and he has worked tirelessly, along with the Board of Directors over the past 2 years to build the foundation for the organization.
Terry has been deeply involved in the Racine community both in his professional career, as well as in his youth. A 1993 graduate of Horlick High School, Terry was inducted into his high school alma mater's Hall of Fame in 2019. Terry has spent the past 20 years in a variety of forward facing roles in corporate marketing, education, youth mentoring and entrepreneurship. Having worked with such companies as Harley-Davidson, SC Johnson, Walt Disney Studios, Andis Corporation. Through his businesses, Terry has also led efforts with several agencies of the State of Wisconsin, including the Department of Transportation and the City of Racine.
“I am excited to lead MBACC from the ground up into the future, it is imperative that our community of Racine , and the world, learn and explore the many contributions, experiences, challenges and history that Black Racine County residents have faced, endured and created throughout Racine County” , states Terry.
Terry is responsible for the day to day operations, fundraising and curatorial functions of the organization.
dominique lambright -Administrative Assistant
Lambright brings her experience to assist the organization in administrative support for the various functions and activities of the organization. Lambright assists with the day to day operations and supports the ceo and the board of directors.
